Overview

Overnight Assistant Lead

Pay: $20 per hour

Shift:  Thursday through Saturday and e/o Wednesday 6pm to 6am 

 

Calo Programs is a nationally recognized residential treatment facility located in Lake Ozark, Missouri whose focus is on healing the affects of childhood trauma.  Calo has an opening for an Overnight Assistant Lead in our Teen Girls program that provides supervision and safety to teen girls ages 13-17.  The primary role of the Overnight Assistant Lead is to provide an environment of safety and support for students and staff on the Overnight Shift. The Overnight Assistant Lead is the supervisor on shift overnight whenever the Overnight Lead is not on shift.  

 

Responsibilities

  1. Support shift staff, mentors, and dysregulated students
  2. Ensure team home is clean, organized and has all supplies needed
  3. Ability to lead, create, and manage their team
  4. Train and grow mentors under their supervision
  5. Assist in finding coverage for program

 

Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)  
  2. Be at least 21 years old.   
  3. Management experience preferred
  4. Experience in a residential setting preferred 
  5. Valid driver’s licenses for the state of employment and ability to be covered by organization insurance. 
  6. Have experience in a leadership role and able to demonstrate strong leadership skills.
  7. Be able to pass a drug screening and background check. 
  8. Complete CPR and SCM certification.
