Pay:  $31 - 32 per hour based on experience

Location: Lake Ozark, Missouri 

Rotating Schedule: Weekdays 7am to 7pm

In this role, you’ll provide hands-on medical care, monitor student well-being, and assist with essential healthcare needs in a long-term residential treatment setting. Responsibilities

  • Direct Student Care: Assess health concerns, provide first-line medical care, and collaborate with the RN and treatment team.

  • Medication & Treatment Support: Administer medications, monitor for side effects, and ensure accurate documentation.

  • Health Monitoring: Regularly track and record vital signs, weight, and overall well-being.

  • Medical Coordination: Support medical appointments, facilitate lab work, and communicate important updates to families and staff.

  • Compliance & Confidentiality: Maintain accurate records, uphold HIPAA standards, and provide on-call support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21
  • Active LVN License in Missouri (pediatric or behavioral health experience is a plus).

  • Strong assessment and patient care skills with a focus on adolescents.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
