**Pay: $21.00 per hour**

 

Available Shifts (4-day work weeks): 

Day: 6am to 4pm

Mid: 12pm to 9pm/1pm to 10pm

Overnight: 8:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Location: Lake Ozark, Missouri (this position is fully on-site)

Weekend availability is required for this role. Full-Time.

About the Role:

As a Youth Mentor, you'll play an important role in supporting and guiding the youth in our care. This isn’t just about supervising – it’s about building relationships and making a positive impact in their lives. You’ll spend your time with students in various activities like cultural outings, experiential therapies like art, music, yoga, outdoor adventures and many other on and off campus activities, all while ensuring their safety and promoting personal growth.

Responsibilities

  • Daily routines: Ensure students complete assigned chores, maintain personal hygiene, and care for their team home.
  • Group Participation: Attend and engage in group sessions with students, fostering a sense of community.
  • Safety First: Maintain a safe environment, ensuring the well-being of our students.
  • Boundary Maintenance: Build trust while upholding appropriate boundaries.
  • Therapeutic Support: Partner with therapists to implement individualized treatment interventions.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years
  • Prior experience working with youth in a residential setting beneficial but not required
  • Ability to pass State and Federal background checks
  • Ability to pass physical and perform duties of the position
