Location: 130 Calo Lane, Lake Ozark, MO 65049
Shifts: | Mid (12PM–9PM or 1PM–10PM)

Calo Programs is hiring Youth Mentors—also known as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Youth Care Workers, Residential Counselors, or Behavioral Health Technicians—to support youth overcoming trauma and emotional challenges.
This is a year-round opportunity (not seasonal) to grow your career while doing meaningful, purpose-driven work in a nationally recognized residential treatment program.

Your Role:
As a Youth Mentor, you’ll build meaningful relationships with our students while ensuring their safety and emotional well-being. You’ll lead daily routines, attend therapy groups, and participate in engaging on- and off-campus activities that promote healing and personal growth.
Support youth with daily routines, hygiene, chores, and personal development
Engage in group therapy and team-building activities
Ensure a safe, structured, and emotionally supportive environment
Implement treatment strategies alongside clinical teams
Maintain professional boundaries while offering genuine mentorship
High School Diploma or GED
Age 21+
Ability to pass background checks and physical
Experience in residential care or with at-risk youth preferred (but not required)
