Are you a compassionate, reliable professional looking to make a real impact? Calo Programs is hiring a Logistics Manager to support youth overcoming trauma and emotional challenges. Join our team in Lake Ozark, Missouri, where you’ll help transform the lives of children ages 9–18 healing from early trauma and attachment challenges at a 200+ acre residential treatment center.

As Logistics Manager, you will oversee, facilitate and coordinate transportation services for the youth in our care including transport to local medical appointments, home visits, activities in the community as well as managing the logistics and transportation team. The logistics manager also oversees the inventory specialist and is responsible for the inventory of all campus purchases.

Responsibilities

Student Travel & Safety

Safely transport students to appointments and home visits while ensuring their care, belongings, and hygiene needs are monitored throughout travel.

 

Scheduling & Logistics
Coordinate and manage all scheduling, logistics, and communication for student travel, including driver assignments and collaboration with staff and guardians.

Oversee maintenance and inspection schedules for 10 fleet vehicles, including coordinating repairs, routine oil changes, tag renewals, etc.

Keep basic supplies for campus stocked while staying within budget.

Communication & Collaboration
Maintain timely communication with guardians and collaborate with internal teams and leadership to ensure readiness and resolve issues.

Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance while coordinating vehicle maintenance.

Department Oversight & Reporting
Lead and support drivers for safe, efficient operations while managing reporting, payroll, and departmental expenses.

Input all visits into electronic medical records software and update online calendars and schedules.

Qualifications

  • At least 25 years of age – must be able to legally rent vehicles in the US
  • MUST possess a valid REAL ID Driver's License
  • Ability to pass state and federal background and drug tests
  • Experience in logistics STRONGLY PREFERRED
  • Prior experience working with youth REQUIRED
  • Prior experience working in a behavioral health and/or residential treatment center preferred.
  • Leadership – demonstrated leadership experience in a high impact environment preferred.
  • Education –Accredited High School/GED is required for all positions, at a minimum, bachelor’s degree preferred.
