Mentor to Preteen Students
$17.oo per hour
OVERNIGHTS: 6pm to 6am
Part time shifts 5pm to 9pm
Calo Programs is a highly regarded, comprehensive residential treatment program that offers some of the most innovative and clinically advanced treatment approaches, and was created with the need for specialty care in mind. Our sole focus is helping preteens and teens with a history of developmental trauma complicated by adoption. No other program can say that. Mentor to Teen Boys
PAY: $17.00 per hour

Embark on a journey of compassion and support as a Mentor to Teen Boys in a residential facility at Calo Programs in Lake Ozark, Missouri. In this role, you'll be instrumental in creating a nurturing and secure environment where our clients can thrive. Utilizing our proven therapeutic approach, you'll guide teenagers in developing essential coping skills and enhancing their abilities in daily living tasks.

Overnight Assistant Lead
Pay: $20 per hour
Shift: Thursday through Saturday and e/o Wednesday 6pm to 6am
Calo Programs is a nationally recognized residential treatment facility located in Lake Ozark, Missouri whose focus is on healing the affects of childhood trauma. Calo has an opening for an Overnight Assistant Lead in our Teen Girls program that provides supervision and safety to teen girls ages 13-17. The primary role of the Overnight Assistant Lead is to provide an environment of safety and support for students and staff on the Overnight Shift. The Overnight Assistant Lead is the supervisor on shift overnight whenever the Overnight Lead is not on shift.

Calo is a residential treatment facility in Lake Ozark, Missouri that works with children 9-18 who have been through trauma in their developmental stages, particularly as it relates to foster/adoption. We currently have openings in our Health Services department for an RN or LPN to work PRN or as needed to cover shifts for vacations, sick days, etc.

Calo Lake Ozark student capacity is 136 students across six different programs with a desire for continued expansion and diversification as appropriate. Our unique model facilitates the establishment, deepening, and maintaining healthy and safe relationships that ultimately lead to co-regulation and joy.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our Teen Girls program. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, including staff management, resident care, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving others, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Youth Mentor to Older Teens
Pay: $17.00
Part-time 6pm-10pm 4 nights per week
Calo Programs is a unique organization comprising an extraordinary group of programs (family intensives, preteen and teen residential treatment centers, and emerging adult transition programs) all dedicated to healing the effects of early trauma. All Calo programs implement a unique and truly relational treatment model based on neurobiology and evidence-based attachment and trauma treatment research. Calo's older teen students that have completed a minimum of 6 months in residential treatment move to the Transition Homes to prepare for adulthood and independent living.
The part time shift 6pm to 10pm Sunday through Wednesday OR Wednesday through Saturday
